Cyrus Habib (IDF ’10) first Iranian-American elected to a state legislature

Cyrus Habib became the 5th IDF alum elected to the state legislature and the first Iranian-American elected ever to a state legislature.

Cyrus Habib became the first Iranian-American elected to state legislature when the Bellevue Democrat won his campaign for state representative in Washington’s 48th Legislative District.
